The Lunch & Learn session was an excellent experience because the staff immediately made you feel welcome. Two experts were there to explain the procedures and then there was ample time to ask questions. After about 39 minutes Dr. Parson called you back individually for a personal consult session. Never did you fell pressure to buy any of the products or procedure. Oh, and they gave you samples to try. The entire session was casual which created a bond amongst the other guest. It was very easy to converse with the other ladies sitting around me with our specific concerns.. Overall, the session was very professional but casual.
