About Reno

My name is Reno. I am a programmer, a father of two kids. I am proud of being a AFLCA certified fitness trainer and certified kickboxing coach, although my life is very busy but I get the hang of my fatherhood.

I help local Calgarians live a more healthy and stronger life by teaching them nutrition intake, fitness excersises and better life style. I am very honered and happy to be in part of their life!

Whether your goal is decrease body fat, gaining muscle mass, eating healthier or even all — I make sure that you don’t stress the details and I have customized solutions that fit your needs.
