Sorry for the long review. I booked an appointment based on Google reviews and was able to get an appointment for the following week for a Botox and filler consultation. $50 deposit, which was odd, but I'm new to Tucson, so I figured it is what it is.
Walked in for my appointment and waited 30+ minutes until I was brought into the back. The front office is kind of overly decorated and mish-mosh, haphazard looking, but the ladies at the front desk were very polite.
I was walked into the back by a nurse and put into a room with EVERYTHING IN THE WORLD. Lasers. Chemicals in large gallon jugs. More lasers. Trays. Bottles. Potions. I used to work in the aesthetic industry and I've been in a lot of offices and this exam room had so much stuff in it - I couldn't even wrap my head around all the items that were in this room!
Anyway, I spoke with the nurse, told her why it was there, and then she left me. She came back shortly and said that she had to move me as the Dr needed to see another patient, and she moved me to another room. There was a lady in there waiting for an IV of lord knows what. She explained that she'd had cancer and the IVs really helped her make it through. Nice conversation, but I'm not really into this type of treatment - to each their own. A couple other ladies walk in, and the doctor walks in. They all start talking about other procedures like they're old girlfriends. Interesting to watch this as a spectator. Lots of filler in lips. Lots of Botox. Lots of procedures that melt fat and shape the body. Lots. Then the doctor looks at me, says: Who are you? I explain that I'm there for Botox and a filler consultation. Okay. Be right back.
She comes back and tells me to go back to the big, messy room. Back I go. I wait another 10 minutes. The doctor (actually a nurse practitioner I've figured out by this time) comes in and is chatting away with me. She apologized for the mess as they're moving to a big new beautiful office, on and on all about herself. She starts filling syringes and I explain that I usually get 24 units of Botox and this is where I've had it placed. She says - no no no no. You need it here. And here. And here. And here. Jowel area. Chin area. Upper forehead. And then the needles come at me. Boom boom boom. No say from me. And I don't believe she even bothered to review my paperwork. Then she starts telling me I need all this other work. Here comes the upsell. Oy. She leaves me at the front desk for payment. I have NO IDEA what just happened. Then I'm told that I got 60 units injected. What in the actual what?! Oh dear. I'm nervous. But don't worry there's a special. Today it's $8 a unit, but it's not even Botox. It's some off brand. At no time as I aware that it wasn't Botox, but an alternative that's apparently a 1:1 ratio.
Look, you do you. If you'd like to feel rushed and pushed around and upsold, feel free. I'd rather pay extra for some restraint, professionalism, organization and honesty for my treatments.
I now have some strangely shaped eyes and somehow have even more of a hooded eye than I had before this treatment and feel pretty odd about how my facial features have been reshaped by the injection placement and thank god the results only last three months. I will be on my way to a much more professional aesthetic office.

I haven't been seen there, but I have called twice to see if they take my insurance, and a women told me she'd call me back. I waited a week, and no call back. So I called again and was on hold for almost 10 minutes so I hung up. I heard about them from the Garret Lewis radio show. They sounded pretty good, and from the reviews they seem like a good place. Now though, I think I'll pass. This is not the way f you treat potential customers. If you don't take insurance just say so. I could have paid out of pocket.

This is the most chaotic unorganized office I've ever been to! They did not have the fax from my provider ready, then pulled up the wrong fax. No excuses. I had pellets done. My hair fell out, I gained weight and no libido at all. I had labs done that my real provider ordered as I had no trust in Svetlana Burtman at all. She refused to accept my labs. Actually scolded me as if I was a child.
Again I have never experienced anything like this and I'm almost 70!

I started going to Renewed Health about 3 months ago. I was given incorrect information a number of times, was overcharged, my exam they suggested I take was not followed up on by this office. I have contacted them with my various issues and problems and they have not had the courtesy to respond back. They do not handle their prospective patients in a professional, caring manner.

I was assigned Svetlana Burtman as my PCP by my insurance. The nurse ordered dozens and dozens of labs without my knowledge, leaving me with a bill for several hundred dollars. She has signs all over her office that essentially say "We sell hormones!" and "Walk in Botox". Extremely shady.

Unprofessional and unreliable service. Quoted one price, came there a month later for an appointment, the number magically increased. Don't trust this place, it is very shady. Svetlana business owner and a practitioner never there, always on vacation.

I had been going to the place on and off for the past few years or so. The reason that I don't come too often is because I always get okay service, although I'm often able to get fit in fast. So when I have an illness I can get in within a couple days instead of a month with my PCP. However, the care is never optimal. She prescribes so many unnecessary drugs and I'll usually just take one and refuse the rest at the pharmacy. I always think I'll give it another try, but disappointed every time. The NP is so fast and then tries to upsell you on everything they offer. Then try to bribe you into leaving a 5 star review with a free shot. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth. One of the other reviewers on here is right. She will leave you waiting in the room while she talks to friends of hers coming by. I've also only come to realize why she has so many good ratings. While going through the reviews, I notice there are so many present and former employees leaving reviews. This is a conflict of interest in my eyes. This place also goes through staff like no other place I've seen. Since I started coming here the only person that's the same is the owner. I heard at one point there was another NP to choose from, but couldn't get in fast enough to give them a try before they too were gone. Obviously there's a reason for such high turnover. Usually stems from poor ownership/management. I can't deal with this place anymore.

Renewed Medical Health is the worst place to go for anything. I went because I was having hair loss, her answer was to sell me a whole boatload of expensive vitamins and hormone pellets. I got the pellets inserted and noticed no difference so I got a second set inserted about 3 months later. I swear she put male hormones in me (I am female), my body is so screwed up now!! Personally I don't trust the blood work she has done, I feel she makes up or manipulates the results so she can sell you more crap as if I were a millionaire. Svetlana is very unfriendly, she likes to treat you like a child. She has about as much personality as a wet rag. The last time I was there I waited an hour to see her, come to find out she was chatting with another patient who is her friend all that time. Like my time isn't valuable, I was fuming mad. This is why I hate going to doctors or medical facilities, they are nothing but money and time suckers. One last thing, I called there 4 times to speak to Svetlana because I had a bad reaction to a prescription she gave me from a compounding pharmacy and she never had the courteously to call back. I am telling you she does not care about her patients, she cares about what she can sell you.

My botox lasted two months, which leads me to believe it was expired or diluted. Will not be back. I also waited 45 minutes!

I made an appointment by recommendation of someone who "knew" this nurse-prac. When I arrived, with my paperwork filled out and ready to go, I was then asked for co-payment, which I provided. While waiting in the waiting area, someone who was obviously a "salesperson" came in and said she was "expected" by the nurse-prac.

I was called back into the treatment room and turned over to a student "nurse?" from Brookline College. She couldn't take my blood pressure (said she would get the "other" student nurse to recheck because she did it better and that the equipment in that place wasn't any good). She had no idea what "fibromyalgia" was, said she had never heard of it and "huh, that's a good one." Asked me how to spell it.

The nurse came in and out of the room several times telling me the Dr. wanted further information and proceeded to question me about ALL my previous history and was quite obsessive about WHO my primary care doctor was.....when was your last EKG, pap, mammogram, etc. The paperwork that I had filled out stated the information wanted was ONLY for the visit your were seeing the "doctor" for.

So, they finally get squared away and tell me that I will be seen shortly. I sat in the treatment room for 45 minutes while, I can only assume, the latest and greatest cosmetic treatment was pitched by the "expected" salesperson. After 45 minutes, I left the treatment room and told the person at the front desk that I was not staying for the appointment, that I was reasonable and didn't mind waiting my turn, but 45 minutes PAST my appointment time, without a word from anyone was a little much.

Bottom line: They kept my co-payment, not even offering an apology, nor have I heard from them. The receptionist sat there with a "deer in the headlights" look when I told her I was leaving. I will be stopping payment on the check as services were NEVER rendered and I actually never even SAW the nurse-prac, not even in the hall. Hope the salesperson did better.

The whole staff is unprofessional, including the wanna-be "doctor."
