• I just love the infrared sauna at Renew Wellness Spa! It's the best detox for me. I try to eat clean and detox regularly. Recently, I've realized how detoxing the skin also has great benefits. My face is slightly oily and my pores get clogged. I also have super sensitive skin, so my dermatologist says that I have the worst skin to treat because I'm too sensitive to use the stuff she suggests for my acne. I can tell a huge difference in my skin when I miss a few weeks at Renew. The staff is great and the place is always so clean. I highly recommend.
