• Going through the reports I could see even more how thorough Ashley wants to be, and is. The items are all fairly simple, and actionable. That's key. Some I can do right away like split dosing, digestive enzymes etc. some may wait a couple months in order to not add too many layers at once, and see what's working;, some may wait longer (i.e., sauna, red light therapy). So the goal was to be able to heal ourselves, and she achieved that. I'm 50-50 on whether going straight through the report by reading it is the best way. I didn't have so many questions while we met. And After reading the whole report again I understood how much Ashley had already broken things down. I'm just thinking of other people, many of them need to interact a lot more in order to absorb the information. I checked out some of the links from the addendum for supplements… Right now I'm think I'll be sticking mostly with the brands that I already know or that my husband has… again, will sort of go with the first run on that and see how it goes and then see what changes next. BUT, check your links, because not all of them work! Thank you so much for your time! It shows how much you care, and how much it takes to make this change in your career. You're doing awesome!!!
