• This was my first experience with dry needling and Dar was fantastic! She took the time to explain what would happen and why, checked in often and had a perfectly gentle touch. I'm looking forward to adding dry needling to my self-care rotation!

• I hold a LOT of tension in my upper back/shoulders. Both times I've visited, I have felt WAY looser than I have in a long time. It's such a relief to get that release in my back and to feel so good the next day. Janae did a great job, and she's great to have a fun conversation with! Thank you all for the incredible work!
