• When I first found Renew movement I was in severe pain from a chiropractic adjustment. I couldn't bend over, I couldn't sit at work and had trouble sleeping for nearly three weeks. I had also spent a significant amount of energy, time and money on other therapies that were not working. I had lost hope thinking I might be in pain forever or could need surgery. It's funny how pain affects your every day life. Within 48 hours after my first therapy session with Renew I was able to gain range of motion and actually sleep comfortably.
