• Renew movement is nothing like I've ever experienced before! The techniques used are so neat. They cater to your body's needs and they listen. The body work is wonderful and functional for deep tissue, muscles, joints, range of movement, pinched nerves, just about everything; and the stretching is OUT OF THIS WORLD! I can't say enough except that I am so thankful that my coworker told me about this place. You have to try it and you will be a believer as well. The practitioners are so kind and patient and they are so good at what they do. I fully recommend Renew Movement to everyone !!
