Renew Day Spa

I have been going to Renew for massages since 2014 and have always had amazing service, from great staff, in a consistently clean and well maintained facility. I've tried several other spas and massage businesses in town and keep coming back to Renew. Love the new space they are in on East Ave, lots of parking, with a serene and inviting interior that instantly puts one at ease. My current favorite masseuse is Sadie!

I had a great experience at Renew Day Spa. All staff was friendly and polite. The seating area was neat and tidy. I was immediately offered a glass of water and was taken to my appointment within minutes. I love being about to book things online since I hardly have time to call to book appointments.

My facialist was Julian and she was very kind and experienced. She listened to my skin concerns and did an amazing job exfoliating off my blackheads. I left feeling relaxed, hydrated and beautiful. The facial also included a hand and arm massage and soooo many warm towels. I truly loved it.

I'm excited to come back and hopefully book with Julian again! (See their new address as they recently moved)

A lovely afternoon couples massage. I like a nice gentle massage and my wife prefers deep tissue. We both had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was so relaxing we could have stayed all day. For those sensitive to smells there weren't any overwhelming perfume or incense smells. The price was very reasonable. Thank you Jackie and Meghan for great service.

Worst facial of my life. I feel I wasted my money and time. All I got was lotion and steam. I don't think they have real estheticians.

Massage was Fantastic, facial was great, float tank was not what I expected and I was not able to relax enough to talk myself into floating. I spent a lot of time convincing myself I should try to float, I did research, looked up images, read reviews. These are the photos I wish I would have seen in that research. I was not expecting to walk in to this. Definitely would return to my massage therapist again! Will not be back to float.

The owner was agreeable to refunding a large amount of a prepaid package. Medical reason. This was done with a smile and a wish to get better.
Thanks and appreciate the quality of the therapy here. Will be back when possible.

Went in for a quick massage and was turned away because I didn't have a clearance from my doctor since I have a heart condition.
This condition is so small that I am still allowed to serve in the military with no limitations and I am no longer being monitored for it. I also get massages 3-4 times a year and never had an issue. But the masseuse said she required a doctor's note. She then made it seem like it was so easy for a military member, who is in between bases, to get a clearance, when it's not. She was very rude and condescending about it too. I think these are questions that be asked prior to making the appointment over the phone so that people don't waste their time and can go somewhere else.

So disappointed. I went here once for a massage and it was the worst I've ever gotten. She was literally "petting" my back, rather than massaging it. I asked for more pressure, and she started scratching my back...? I figured it was just a bad massage therapist and didn't hold it against the business. Next, I booked a Brazilian wax several weeks in advance, as I am pregnant and wanted to have it done before a specific appointment. I drove 20min to the spa, then right as I was walking in, 10min before my 11am appt, they call to cancel saying they ran out of wax, and can't do it. I was frustrated that they didn't know this hours or even the day before, but I understand things happen. So I rescheduled for 2 days later, confirmed they had the wax available before the appt, but once again, right as I was walking in, 10min before, they called to cancel, saying that the esthetician was still at home and throwing up. As if she couldn't have called hours before the 2pm appt, knowing she was sick? The receptionist apologized both times and offered a discount on future visits, but at this point they are just wasting our time and gas money. Not to mention, my husband also had a massage appt canceled on him 1hr before the week prior. Ridiculous. And seeing the previous reviews, it's clearly a trend with them. Terrible business and service.

I got massaged today by Jodi, I used to work with her and she's always been a sweet woman. She did a fine job and I will definitely be going back to her again, I cannot wait for her new shop to open up! She was super friendly, asked where my problem areas were, and made me feel comfortable. I was welcomed by the front receptionist who was super nice and was taken to a more private area to wait. The music was peaceful, was offered tea and chose the passion tea, and the whole place just overall looked super ci


I got massaged by Jaclyn today and let me say, that woman has strong hands! The massage was amazing, and I'm counting on being a regular customer of hers from now on. She was sweet too! She really focused on the problem areas and would work on them until the area felt smooth again. Loved this massage with my lavender essential oil!

Absolutely amazing service!! My boyfriend and I both received massages that words cannot describe. My massage therapist was Cat, she is so sweet and such a refreshing individual. Not to mention her hands are magic! My boyfriends massage therapist was Brian and he managed to relieve pain that had been manifesting for months now. We will most definitely be back in the near future, such a weight has been lifted off us both mentally and physically! Thank you so so much Cat and Brian! :)
