• Nicole was fabulous. I giver her a 10. The whole team and experience is a 10. I gave it a 9 bc when I was leaving a nurse that I used to know began talking to me in front of people about an ex boyfriend I would like to forget. She is not someone I care to know my personal information like when and where I am getting botox etc because she is not discreet or professional in my opinion. It was an awkward moment in a place that should feel like a safe space. The owner is completely lovely - she recognized the situation and apologized which is the only reason I will try Renew again. I just will book on days that nurse is not working.
