• From the moment I walked in it was a relaxing experience. Genesis was amazing, you could tell she was very experienced and she walked me through the whole process and told me when to expect any heat, pain, cooling, etc. She also recommended a few products and changed it to tailor my specific needs. The front desk was also super nice and weren't pushy about buying product. Very easy and relaxed visit.
