• It was great but I was charged for a service I did y receive. I called the reception desk who said they would credit my card. I have not seen the credit yet, just the full charge for all my services including the one I did not receive. I would the credit completed on my card as soon as possible. I actually thought it was going to be done Saturday because that's when I spoke with the front desk. Please advise. Thank you!

• I adore the treatment(s) I get from Izabela. They are age appropriate and so peaceful (key for me who has a high-stress job). Izabela is simply fantastic.

• Staff are great, atmosphere is relaxing, peaceful, beautiful, organic. Service was amazing. Expensive but worth a lot.
