• The technician was wonderful (Joli). I loved the products used. I was a little disappointed in that they said the facial would be an hour and a half. I wish they told me that included getting undressed and dressed . I was taken at 1:05 to room. I quickly undressed and the facial started close to 1:15I t was completed at 2:10. I dressed, had some water , went to the bathroom and was paying for my facial at 2:30. I think you should be more honest. The experience is an hour and a half not the facial.
