  • Hannah's class always has a great variety of bar and TRX moves, works all muscle groups, and moves quickly from exercise to exercise to avoid wasting time. Her energy and encouragement are very upbeat and positive, and she plays great tunes.
  • my instructor (Lisa, on Tuesday and Thursday at 9a) was excellent, patient and kind to an out of shape "newbie". I will def be signing up for series in April.
