  • Everything was perfect. Beautiful space, relaxing sounds and music, and staff is super friendly. Hydra facial by Shannon was the best I've ever had and she was so good about explaining each step. Painless and my skin felt so soft and clean. My custom massage by L (??) was also probably the best I've ever had. I almost fell asleep by the end of it and would have if I let myself but I wanted to enjoy it. She got all of my knots out and there were many. Will definitely be back and requesting both. Went back to my locker and was surprised to see a birthday card from the staff. Super thoughtful.
