  • I have been a member of Release since October and absolutely LOVE it!! All of the fitness and yoga instructors are AMAZING!! When you walk into Release you just feel relaxed. The food at Nourish Cafe is delicious! My favorite part of Release is Bliss. I love the Sun sauna vitamin D room, I will go in there for 10 min. Before or after a class. The Bliss area is very relaxing and has everything you won’t find anywhere else! I am thrilled to be a member at Release!!
