• Jyst has my first yoga class in more years then I care to admit, and Chelsea was wonderful at guiding and encouraging me through the class. Release is a very welcoming place to be. Relaxed atmosphere yet very professional at the same time. You can tell that the people working here enjoy being here and that’s rare to see nowadays. Prices are very competitive however you get that extra bit of special treatment when you go there that you don’t get elsewhere. And the cafe? So good!!!! Definitely a new favorite place for me!
