• The bliss spa accommodations are the best in the Worcester region. I loved the addition of the cold plunge outside with the mineral hot tub...and Jim was exceptionally professional and the best massage I have in a long time 😁 I will definitely be booking a bliss package for next month

• I love all of the Release instructors. They all do a wonderful job keeping challenging workouts and yoga classes fun and engaging. It is a real community and I can't imagine not having it. The facility is beautiful and Bliss is amazing with all of its unique offerings. I tell everyone how much I love Release. We so lucky to have it in our own backyard!
