• Great services and environment. Wonderful staff. The bliss room had a lot of used towels or glasses that were backed up / not put away— a combo of lots of people in there and not enough staff to clean up. A no cell phone policy plus better clean up (this happens and isn’t a complaint just a suggestion to have more staff available to help in that back open room) would make it a 10.
