• The classes have never been cancelled for low attendance which I respect greatly!!! Just because it doesn't fit someone's schedule one week doesn't mean another client will skip that same class. The yoga instructors are courteous of people new to yoga and seamlessly demonstrate while keeping the class running for the traditional yogis. The facility is so clean and maintained!!! Bonus the spa and cafe...lucky to have this place conveniently located in same town I live!

• Release is a great environment for relaxing. They have a complete menu of services from spa, classes, store, restaurant. I feel like the value given the inclusion of Bliss exceeds other places offering similar services. It just feels like a mini get away. Really nice/special.
