• The amenities and services were worth every penny. I should also say that the prices are incredibly reasonable. Can't wait to come back. In fact, I'd love more locations. And, the facility was spotless, and the staff was kind and courteous and always had a welcoming smile.

• It was an amazing and relaxing day! With that said, I'd love to see the showers get an upgrade, they're a little small and the fixtures are standard, what you could find in any home. I'd like to see the toilets be more private, perhaps an enclosed toilet area (floor to ceiling) and not a stall. Also, prosecco upon arrival, or the choice of when would be an added bonus! Thank you for a lovely experience. I would like to add that ALL the staff were fantastic- very welcoming, approachable and helpful!
