• For me it is a fantastic place ! I really love it -but not a "10" as it is for a certain target group in terms of cost and client make up. Lack of "spontaneous" workout space also limits it to those who want classes vs an independent workout, but love the atmosphere and philosophy

• I love Release! The massage with Junny was amazing and then spending the afternoon in Bliss was wonderful. It was a little busier than I’m used to, so there was some waiting, and we didn’t get called into our salt room appointment but it was a beautiful day to sit out by the fire.
