• I love it at Release! It's so relaxing and people are friendly. It really counters daily stress and rejuvenates me! Could you please remind employees to speak quietly, even when greeting people, if that's possible? It was startling when we were closing our eyes in the lounge area and there were loud voices 3 times. Of course, they were just being friendly but it was jarring and I don't think they realized it. Thanks! :)

• My esthetician Jacquie was super nice and explained what she was doing very well and made me feel comfortable. The rest of the staff at check in were also very kind. I also appreciated being able to wait for the start of my appointment in the Relaxation room with water as well.
