• Love my my yoga instructor, Cresida her teaching techniques, clear instruction, voice, etc. The facility very clean, love the fact that after class, A weat towel is distributed.

• The staff is always polite and the facilities are very clean and peaceful. As I mentioned last time I left a review it has always been uncomfortable for me as a male to go to a spa. For one reason or another I think a lot of men feel uncomfortable or maybe even unwelcome at most spas, but that is not the case for me at release spa. I find that everyone is very kind and excepting of all people. The steam room and UV light sauna are both incredible!

• Beautiful place. Love the amenities like the salt room and lounge. Terrific massage therapists. And the bathroom/ showers are always clean. I like that you offer shampoo and soap, blow dryers, and other items. Thanks!
