I loved everything but having been to multiple salon/spas I wish that the quiet room had been a little bit extra and that it was in fact - quiet. Although the chatter didn't last long from others around us. That is just me being picky. It truly was a great experience!

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and we were acknowledged even though the woman at the front desk was helping someone else. The woman checked us in escorted us to the men's changing room with a smile and asked if we wanted tea. Even though this question is mandatory she used a tone of voice that did not make the question mandatory. The same woman then delivered the tea to the quiet room with a smile, not a fake smile, an actual smile and asked if we needed anything else. Then the masseuses came in shook our hands and greeted us with a smile. They were very genuine and friendly. The massage was professional, they took their time, and asked if the pressure was okay and there was no sarcasm in their voices or a tone that noted they hated their job. My fianc e and I love coming to Relax. The employees are professional, friendly, and they make you feel that you're worth their time. We would not recommend anywhere else. We cannot say enough great things about Relax. Thank you so much. We love you guys.
