The front desk person was welcoming and sweet. The ambiance was cozy and warm. Erica was outstanding.

I loved the services and massage and my massage therapist. Some people in quiet room were definitely not quiet which was a bit of an annoyance.

Overall service was much better than my last visit. From the immediate greeting at the front desk to the cleanliness - my service was pretty good as well wasn't towards the end that my technician start to warm up and not so stone faced. The other common areas seemed tidy and cleaner than my last visit. I'm glad I gave the spa another chance.
