• It would be a 10 if the linens and robes didn't smell like really strong fabric softener. A lot of people are sensitive to fragrances and most fragrances have a lot of toxic chemicals in them. Fragrance-free detergent and wool balls instead of fabric softener!

• The staff curate a perfect atmosphere for inner and outer healing. I gifted my bestie a trip 12/9 at 1:30 with Gloria and she was blown away. Thank you for creating such a beautiful experience. I cannot for my next visit!

• The ladies at the front counter were wonderful.... my daughter's first facial and she loved it. Said the woman that gave her the facial was very friendly and definitely knew what she was doing. We will be back!
