I've been to Relax several times and it's always been a great experience. This last visit my treatment schedule was messed up due to an error in double booking. The Relax manager and staff went above and beyond to try to figure out a new sequence of treatments that would work for me and to ensure this spa day for my birthday celebration we still wonderful. I appreciated the time they spent explaining the mistake and trying to ensure it was still a relaxing, special day.
