They were three of us celebrating our friend's birthday. Since the quiet room is closed, Melissa at the front desk was wonderful, attentive, and even offered and brought out a table out to us so we could sit outside and have the snacks we packed. She went above and beyond what was needed to ensure we still had the same experience that we have normally. I love Relax the Spa, and even with all that's going on, we all LOVED our experience and cannot wait for life to get back to normal.
