I enjoy every experience with the Relax staff. The estheticians are always incredible. The person that greeted us on this visit was just not the typical 12/10 experience, thus a 9 instead of 10

The whole experience from beginning to end is great! The people greeting and checking in are kind, the robes are soft and comfortable, the locker rooms are clean and updated, the waiting room is inviting and I love the water and hot tea and the neck towels. The massage was great and the masseuse, Becky, was very kind and knowledgeable
