No problem..... I've always loved the Relax Spa so I brought my friend and was dissappointed in a few things...... girls greeting were pleasant but not very professional looking, we were not offered tea when seated in quiet room I had to go back to front desk and ask for it, the chair I sat in for my pedicure has seen better days plus no adjustment to make more comfortable...... I actually would have given a lower rati g but I remember how great it use to be and hoping that it can get back to that post pandemic but my friend unfortunately may not return and I probably won't for awhile.
