Staff were very helpful and overall environment in spa was very relaxing and calming. I appreciated how esthetician explained the steps of the facial, it's importance and what I can do at home to combat my super dry skin. Will definitely book another facial appointment as my skin is glowing and I love how it feels. Only negative would be size of robes- fat people like facials and massages too😊. I am a size 18-20 and felt half-naked walking around.
