This was my first visit and in comparison to my other spa visits in the Greater Rochester region, your environment was most relaxing, more roomy, and most customer service focused. Christine, who was my specialist, was fantastic. Explaining everything step by step and was very careful to ask all the appropriate skin care regimen questions.
