• Yesterday on my visit there was a disagreement between the employees in the massage room. The tone and relaxing environment which has always been peaceful was chaotic despite efforts to calm the troubling situation. Anger and arguments affect quality of massage as well as the environment. I ask that my membership be honored at another nearby location should I make that choice in the future. I need time to process the situation.
