• i chose this score because i not only benefit from the deep sense of relaxation but also find it benefits health issues I have been battling. My son who struggles with his ankles locking up to the point of intense pain is gaining flexibility and freedom to do things he hasn't in years, even after years of physical therapy. Reflexology really is an effective method of restoring health without pharmaceuticals or surgery. I suggest trying it before you pop the pill or go under the knife. If it doesn't help then try another option. At the minimum you will walk out relaxed and refreshed.
