• It was my first time. From making my reservation to saying good bye every step of the visit I was impressed. Customer service is very important to me, a little kindness speaks volumes. The person who answered the phone to make my reservation was energetic and happy which had me looking forward to my visit. The people at the front desk greeted me warmly and were professional when explaining what to expect during my session. My reflexology session was extremely relaxing. I had not had a massage in this style before; I was not used to being in a room where multiple people would be getting massaged at the same time. That did not take away from the experience. I chose firm pressure and the specialist was definitely firm and it was needed in my tense muscles. The environment was soothing and the massage was wonderful. I will be back and I have recommended others to give it a try.
