• Wendy was ver good overall. However, the pressure did not seem to be "light" as requested. It seemed more "medium" to me. Also, she is using her fingernails when she works on the soles of my feet, and that does not feel good. I asked her "softer" but it did not become softer. I don't think the scratching of the bottom of the Feet with fingernails is reflexology. Reflexology should be pressing of key points in the feet and hands, but not scratching with one's fingernails. Still, I gave my experience a 9 since most of the session went very well.
