• I have a silver subscription. This month's session was once again relaxing. I do strength training, swimming, and many aerobic activities that result in tight muscles and achy feet. The massage helps release tension in my head, neck, shoulders, and arms. The foot reflexology stretches the muscles in my feet. I love the hot stone rub to finish off the session.
