• The friendliness of the the staff (Hannah) upon entry. Hannah was very attentive in making sure I was ok, as this was my first visit. The strong yet medium touch that Andrew (I believe that was his name, my apologies if this is wrong) applied to the chair massage as well as the lower half of my legs and feet. Lastly, the calmness that I felt upon entry and though out my time while there.
