• Scheduling an appointment was effortless; paperwork was completed prior to appointment; the appt started on schedule; it was a pleasing room; Nanci was attentive to my needs; she encouraged me to speak up if I wanted more/less pressure, etc, making it seem like we were a team for my wellness; the temperature of the table was perfect; I was able to schedule another appointment with the ideal time frame for me... I felt heard, seen, and valued.
