• I have been in pain having buldging disks for over 😫 4 months. I went to go see an neuro surgeon in Houston in Tuesday and he suggested yoga 🧘‍♀️ and a 💆‍♀️ so my husband recommended me to go to you all. I'm a little sore but believe it or not no pain as I had. Thanks to Alex.
