I've always had great service and knowledgeable medical staff. I was s little caught off guard with the request for a tip. I've never been asked to tip medical staff before. I appreciate their good care, but with the higher bills, standard tips for dining and car services add up to hundreds of dollars. I'd love to lean more about this.
