• I love Kaitlyn, my stylist. I've been going to her for years and she's fabulous. Every time I'm there it's uncomfortably warm in her area. There's only so much she can do to try to cool me down with a cape, blow dryer and now a mask. Over the years this has never improved, it would be nice if the ventilation and air would improve for customer (and stylist) comfort!
