• Everyone who interacted with me there was fantastic! The choice to be offered some refreshments is so polite!! Taylor styled my hair and she's always a treat to be around. I don't plan to go anywhere else and I'll try to spread the word :)

• Meghan was professional and a 10! She also was very knowledgable about her Aveda hair products. Grateful and got a few things. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The setting is lovely. Only issue I had was that those working with the products up front new almost zero about them. And they offered to help but read the backs of things just as I did but had harder time. Do understand we are all in process of educating ourselves for the rest of our lives so assume these ladies were also however if going to offer to help with product please know your stuff. Flip side the ladies with product went out of their way to help me sign up for loyalty program and understand prize options in future. Will be back again and even to buy product. Just will not ask for help with product from them. Great job! 9.5 would be my true score.
