• Before I had my treatment done I wish that I might have been given a better idea of what exactly was going to be done and how much it was going to cost. I was given no prices on products or how much of each item I might need. I totally understand it's not an exact science but, I'm sure you have various cost options and if not it would have been nice to have that information ahead of time. My initial appointment was Sept. 25 th. My procedure was Sept. 26th. I was given a figure of about $1600.00 on the 25th. Well it ended up being $1941.00 now in my mind that's not bad but, later that same day I got a call saying I was undercharged, I owed another $699.00. I was quite surprised and was told that the woman who did my procedure miscounted the injections from one of the products she used. I didn't count the number of injections I was given. Nor was that indicated on my receipt. I am very bad with names so please forgive me. Everyone at Rejuvalase was wonderful. The woman who did my injections was very nice. Talked me through what she was doing every step of the way and I didn't feel anything! No pain or discomfort at all. I do however feel like you should be a bit more informative on the costs involved and procedures for tracking amounts used so that there is no question. I didn't appreciate going home all excited, being this my first time and all. Only to get a call several hours later saying I owed another $699.00. That's not a little mistake what would have happened if I said no. Again I have no idea how many she used really. Did she use the whole thing?
