• I was a little taken aback that the front desk staff member gave me a tablet and requested I update my medical history however, she never directed or offered a place for me to sit while completing hence, I stood while trying to fill out the information. A man comes in after me for his appointment and after he checked in, he was immediately offered seating while he waited.
