• The nurse that did my botox was phenomenal! The front office, not as much, unfortunately. They were very nice, but they didn't inform the nurse I was there and I had to wait 10 to 15 min to pay after the service. Id still recommend your spa, but there should be more support up front. In fairness, training was occurring with new staff.
