• They honored a purchase I made quite a king time ago but could not attend an appointment for (at the time). The facility is always very clean/orderly/clinical (where appropriate) as well as welcoming and nicely decorated without too much merchandising (products are on display, but not in an obtrusive "shop here!" way). Technician is knowledgeable, informative, concerned with client comfort and satisfaction.
