• Angela is the best! She's professional, patient and friendly. Same as far as the girls at the front desk and the girl who does lip fillers. I had only one visit that was not very professional. I forgot her name. But she was suppose to laser my upper lip. She didn't seem to know what to do. She started putting gel on my chin and then my bottom lip. I stopped her and told her I was there for my upper lip. When she did my upper lip, she laser the right side then the left side instead of rotating like Angela does. It was the only time I experienced actual pain and jumped with each zap. Afterwards, I had a lot of bumps across my upper lip. My advise to her is to read the chart in advance to know what she's there to do. Also, look at the notes from the prior tech to know how much power to use. Finally, she should rotate from side to side and not do the right side first then move to the left. That hurts.
