• Upon arrival I was greeted by an extremely friendly woman named Linda. She instantly made comfortable and offered me coffee. I'd like to add that when I called the previous week she spent quite some time asking me questions and explaining all processes and deals that were available, this created an instant feeling of security and lowered any hesitations I may have had. I filled out my information and was taken to the back, I didn't have to wait at all. The young woman who did my Botox and lip juvaderm (I'm embarrassed to say I completely missed her name due to my nerves, she was a very pretty blonde) was amazing. She took the time to listen to my wants and dislikes from other establishments. She has a soft hand which is a requirement for me. As she completed both procedures we talked and once again, I felt super comfortable. Before I left it was explained several times that if I wanted to make any adjustments- all I had to do was call and come back in. This is also very important, I've been to other establishments that did not offer this, therefore I've not returned. All in all I will definitely be a return customer and I have already spoken highly of your business. Thank you so much.
